Getting used to blogging..

One of my main reasons for starting a blog is to motivate myself to lose the 22 pounds that I've gained- if I journal it, I know I will be more aware of what I eat. I need all of the motivation I can get so please leave comments!

Yesterday I went for a 2 mile walk- it was so beautiful outside!

Breakfast- Homemade Breakfast burrito with sausage and eggs
Snack- Pineapple and apple salad
Lunch- Salad w/boiled egges, carrots, tomatoes and ham

Did Church Visitation to encourage people to visit our church.
